Can rain be a religious experience?

We've had some hellish amounts of rain this spring.  Today was no different.  As I headed to work, the sky got darker and darker with each subsequent errand stop.  I made it into the parking lot just as the first raindrops began to fall.

And as soon as I got inside the building, the black skies opened and the torrential downpour began.  The timing of which was rather disappointing, by the way.

Because I wore my cool slides with 4 inch cork heels.  And I thought maybe I'd be able to walk on water in them.
